The request is not authenticated. Common causes: no Authorization: Bearer header, wrong token format, expired or revoked API key, or key no longer valid for the workspace.
What to do: Send a valid API key from Settings → API in InboxOps (see Public API). If the key was rotated or deleted, create a new key and update your integration.
